The Nigeria Peoples Party , NNPP has presented to the public, its new logo, flag and slogan in a bid to be rebranded and repositioned ahead of the 2027 general election.
The new logo is a book carrying a graduation cap signifying education.
Unveiling the instruments in Abuja, the national leader of the party Dr. Rabiu Kwankwanso
explained that the red and white colours of the logo stand for the struggle and peace.
Dr. Kwankwanso said the NNPP was not planning alliance with any party ahead of 2027.
The Kano state governor, Alhaji Abba Yusuf who was represented by his deputy, Comrade Aminu Gwarzo said the NNPP was being repositioned to seize power from the ruling APC in 2027.
The National Chairman of the party, Dr. Ajuji Ahmed expressed gratitude to the Independent National Electoral Commission , INEC for approving the new instruments.
The national secretary of the party, Mr Dipo Olayioku explained that with INEC’s approval and recognition of the NNPP leadership under Dr. Kwankwanso, the controversies over the party had been put to rest.
Various organs of the party pledged their readiness to work for the growth of the NNPP across the country.
