The General Overseer, Warriors of Christ Renowned Evangelical Ministry, Prophet John Agbaje wants members of the Radio, Television and Theatre Arts workers union, RATTAWU Positive FM Chapter to sustain the harmonious working relationship they exhibit for enhanced productivity.

 

Prophet Agbaje gave the advice after he was decorated as the patron of the union during the opening of the RATTAWU Week which kicked off with a medical check up at the broadcasting house, information village, Ondo Road Akure.

The clergyman, while emphasising the need for teamwork and love to achieve excellence in chosen careers appreciated the union for the honour done him.

 

Declaring the week-long ceremony open, the General Manager, Positive FM Akure, Mrs Olubunmi Olalere commended the union for kicking off the celebration with a medical check up to ascertain the health status of members who would be participating in all activities slated for the event.

Mrs Olalere appreciated the RATTAWU for being supportive towards the development of the station.

 

The State RATTAWU Treasurer, Mrs Tolulope Alejo and the Assistant Secretary, Mr Ebenezer Omosule praised Positive FM chapter for being a worthy ambassador of the union at all times.

The Chairman, Positive FM Rattawu, Mr Olumide Odeyemi had earlier explained that the week-long ceremony was designed to appreciate members for their commitments and dedications to the growth of the broadcast industry in Ondo state and Nigeria.

 

During a health talk, a pharmacist, Mr Eniola Akindeko urged Nigerians to prevent diseases and illnesses through personal hygiene, regular intake of water, healthy dietary plan and regular hand washing.

Staff of Positive FM Akure and invited guests had the opportunity to have their blood sugar level, blood pressure among other vitals checked during the event.

 

Two members of RATTAWU, Positive FM chapter, Mrs Busola Oladimeji and Mr Famous Wowo described the exercise as worthwhile in view of the need to stay healthy at all times.
