The death has occurred of Hajiya Dada Musa Yar’Adua, the mother of Late former President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua.
A close family friend to the Yar’Adua family, Hamza Saulawa confirmed to Radio Nigeria that Hajiya Dada died at her residence at Yar’Adua in Katsina City, after a protracted illness at the age of 102.
She is survived by four children among whom is the Senator Representing Katsina Central Senatorial Zone, Alhaji Abdulazeez Musa Yar’Adua.
Others are Suleiman Musa, Hajiya Hafsat Musa, and Habiba Musa Yar’Adua.
The deceased is also survived by dozens of grand children and great grand children.
She will be buried Tuesday by half past one in the afternoon in Katsina.
