The Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum wants the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory , Mr. Nyesome Wike to toe the path of dialogue in resolving his dissagreemnts with other leaders in the party.
In a statement, the Director-General of the Forum, Dr. Emmanuel Agbo emphasized the importance of engaging constructively with the party’s mechanisms for conflict resolution.
He maintained that the PDP has already set up disciplinary and reconciliation committees and encouraged Mr. Wike to participate in the processes.
He expressed concerns about statements which could threaten the unity and peaceful coexistence within the party.
The FCT Minister, Mr. Nyesome Wike has been having a running political battle with his successor, the Rivers state Governor, Mr. Siminilayi Fubara which is now threatening the unity in the entire PDP where two of them belong .
