It was a glorious moment for Chief Police Superintendent , CPS Olasunkanmi Owoloye as families and associates celebrated his retirement from the Police.
Joining the Police Force as a Junior officer in 1990, he rose through the ranks, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and superiors.
CPS Owoloye Olasunkanmi left a legacy of dedication, hard work, and commitment to the police force and his community .
At the event , the retired CPS was conferred with the title of High Chief Olisa of Ijoka Kingdom in recognition of his exemplary leadership and dedication to Ijoka community.
One of the guests , Mr Sylvester Aduru described him as an exceptional officer with a remarkable career and wished the retiree a well-deserved rest.
Responding, the celebrant appreciated the well wishers for the honor.
When asked about his plans in retirement, the retired CPS said he looked forward to spending quality time now with his family and continue to contribute meaningfully to his community.
